Epilogue: It was lazy Saturday when we had planned trip to South Mumbai and we had a stop at Merwan's for morning breakfast.

This place is nostalgic and cherish sweet memories of me and my train mates gathering at this bakery for morning breakfast on our journey towards office. It is a jump away place on Grant Road Station East on western suburban railway.

The Bakery has changed with times, however the taste and vibes are still the same. The rush and hustle is still the same. However the billing systems have changed with time. We have pay first now.

Gastronomy

We had started early morning by AC local from Virar and were very hungry by the time we reached Grant Road Station.

There we ordered for Masala omlette pav, Cherula (scrambled egg) and Anda Half fry with Maska paav. The maska paav is iconic and comes overloaded with maska.

Hungry as we were, we relished the omelettes in few minutes to warm our throats with hot Irani tea. The Irani tea with maska paav is heritage combination and we love it to core.

While leaving the place i was nostalgic and missed my trainmates with whom I had spend some wonderful moments at this place.
