Prologue:  It was Valentines Day when we had planned to explore lunch buffet at Global Fusion. Being well connected by metro from Andheri, we preferred the Times square branch. 

The restaurant was chosen specifically to explore all Asian cuisines under one roof. Indian, Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Korean and more. My wife is very fond of Asian Cuisines. We had prebooked the table for 2 via Eazydiner App anticipating rush given the Valentine day.

While we entered the restaurant on 2nd Floor, the ambience was just awesome. With dim lights, silent music, fish tanks its all elements made it an Incredible ambience. 

The host guided us to 2 seater table with complete view of the dining floor. After thanking the Almighty for such an oppotunity, we started our gastric adventures. 

There are sample starters dishes placed on starter counter. One has to just pick teh paper chits placed on each starter and hand it over to steward for that starters to to be served on your table.

The dishes we tried Prawns tempura, Chicken wings, Prawns Papad, Sea food soup, Butter Garlic prawns, Cheese Prawns, Chicken Dimsums, Prawns Dimsums, Mix Seafood Dimsums to name a few. Each of the dishes was ultimate in taste.

The variety is so huge that we skipped many chicken items and focussed more on seafood.

One can ask for unlimited Fresh Lime Soda, Ice tea, Softdrinks - Diet Coke, Pepsi.

Stuti @ Veg Shushi counter

One of the unforgettable moment was when Stuti had first encounter with Freshly grated Wasabi. She tried to taste sizable piece of Wasabi only to choke herself and being restlessness for a moment. The vapours are so strong that they enter your head and halucinate you for the moment.

There is large variety of both Veg and Non Veg Sushi.

After trying such a wide variety starters, we checked on the main course counters. However we preferred to limit main course to save gastric spaces for desserts. 

We skipped biryanis, fish curries, chinese noodles and rice items and more...

Main Course - Crabs, Mutton Rogan, Chicken Garlic

After Main course, we moved our focus on Desserts. The spread here is so huge that one has to choose to try some based on your gastric space. Cakes, pastries, gulab jamuns, malai sandwiches to name few.  The ice creams variety is also awesome.

To conclude the spread is so huge that one cannot afford to taste all items in one go. 

Summary 

Overall it was wonderful gastronomic adventure with good food, awesome ambience coupled with romantic vibes. The prawns variety we tried here were out of world. No words can describe the place and its vibes. A must visit place to celebrate every special moment in life. 

There were a Senior Maharashtrian couple celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary along with their close family members and friends. We promised to celebrate our 25th Aniversary at the place (And by Almightys Grace, we will...)
