Prologue:  It was our last evening of our stay in Goa and were waiting for our sleeper bus Mapusa ISBT Private Bus stand.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
After a wonderful and fulfilling Goa trip, were about to board our sleeper bus (Kadamba travels) at 7:30 PM. After submitting our saddle to the owner, I was looking for quick bite snacks for our evening as dinner still had time.

Then we found the above food truck just opposite side of IBST bus stand.

The food menu looked interesting and and reasonably priced too.

We took the below items parcel to eat in bus.

1. Ross omletter
2. Pork Sausage Bread
3. Beef Croquites
4. Maggi for Kids

All the above items were delicious and tasty.

Prologue:  It was pleasant Diwali afternoon at Old Goa Goa wherein we visited the churches mesmerized by their  grand architecture.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
After a quite long stroll from Bom Jesus Church we finally visited the St Augustine tower uphill.

Then from there we started for Panaji with our Goan saddle (of course scooty) at around 1:30 PM. The plan was to have lunch at Kokani Canteen or Ritz Classic at Panaji. However being public holiday both theses restaurants had huge rush which caught us in surprise.

Then out of options with hungry bellies, we decided to try Kotumbh Family Restaurant which is just few meters away from Kokani Canteen. It is much smaller than the former two restaurants.

However the service time here is quick and food here is tasty.

Few dishes we tried here were :

1. Surmai Fry
2. Bombil Rava Fry
3. Prawns Pulao
4. Serradura as dezzert

The fried fish here were evenly fried and crispy. The Rawa fried Surmai were the showstopper and deserved Burping Applause.

The bombil fry which was ordered for Joshua was okayish and not like the fresh bombil we eat at our home is Vasai. Prawns pulao was good though.

All the above we washed down our thirsty throat by Thumsup.

Bon Apetite
